Healthcare Architect

Responsibilities:
We seek a Healthcare Architect with a proven track record and esteemed reputation in the field to bolster our brands Healthcare offerings. As a pivotal figure, you will represent the business in healthcare endeavors, participating in early bid phases and project development. Collaboration with the Architectural Management team is essential to foster and enhance our architectural offerings, championing the sector within our expanding architectural domain.

Key Tasks:
• Spearhead the brands Architecture Healthcare Offer.
• Integrate seamlessly into the brands Healthcare multidisciplinary offerings, collaborating closely with other discipline leaders to cultivate and secure vital opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Contribute to bidding endeavors in the UK and internationally.
• Cultivate the companys architecture healthcare brand in the region, primarily through excellence in delivery and design.
• Foster the advancement of healthcare design quality within the organization.
• Contribute to increasing both the volume and quality of work undertaken and delivered in the sector.
• Participate in nurturing design talent and performance within the sector.
• Aid the Architectural Management team in business growth and financial target achievement.

Qualifications:
• Hold professional qualifications as an Architect with substantial experience in Healthcare Design from both client and design perspectives.
• Essential experience includes working with the NHS and trust advisors to comprehend the expectations and concerns of all stakeholders.
• Proficiency in process and delivery for healthcare projects within established systems based on evidence-based design principles.
• Proficiency in healthcare terminology and adeptness in communicating and bridging the gap between clinical expectations and design/construction processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively.
• Exemplary attention to detail, efficiency, and commitment to quality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and professional delivery personnel.
• Capability to work autonomously, coupled with competitiveness and ambition.
