Salary

£60000.00 - £70000.00 Per annum (expereince dependant).

Job Duties:

• Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs
• Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
• Managing project finances, including budgeting and cost control
• Advising on legal and contractual issues
• Assessing and minimising risk
• Collaborating with project teams, clients, and suppliers
• Preparing progress and financial reports

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role

Education:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

RICS or open to working towards RICS

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of construction processes and regulations
• NEC 4 contract experience
• Excellent numerical and financial management skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in relevant software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• RICS

Working Conditions:

Office-based with some site visits as required.

Full-time hours with occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.

Hybrid working 2 days per week.
