Job Title - Freelance Quantity Surveyor
Level - Project or Senior level
Based - Site based role Chester
Rate - Up to £350 per day outside 1R35. All candidates will be on a day rate, site hours 7.30 - 5.00 or 8.00 - 6.00
Project -Industrial Project up to 18 month contract
The client - A leading player in the international Design & Build industry, and were thrilled to offer an exciting position for a Quantity Surveyor to spearhead the commercial aspects of subcontractors for an industrial project in Chester. This role will be site-based.
The candidate - Industrial project experience. New build and refurbishment. The ideal candidate will possess an Engineering or Quantity Surveying Degree along with a minimum of 8 years experience in the construction sector.
Key Skills Required:
Experience in Industrial projects

Proficient with Microsoft Office
Competence in Planning and Cost Control
