We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Officer ready to apply their expertise in a multinational organisation. In this role, you will develop and deliver comprehensive communications plans, provide strategic advice, and adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on our long-term objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies across multiple countries and cultures.
• Build strong relationships within the business to facilitate effective message dissemination.
• Transform complex information into clear, impactful communications that resonate across diverse media and formats.
• Measure and enhance the impact of internal communications, introducing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas.
• Balance national requirements and cultural sensitivities with group-wide objectives in a unique operational environment.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in internal communications within a large organisational structure.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and work effectively.
• Agile in adjusting plans amidst changing circumstances without losing sight of strategic goals.
• Exceptional writing abilities with a track record of producing engaging content for various media.
• Familiarity with editorial and publication processes, and the ability to drive process improvements.
• A pragmatic approach to prioritisation, focusing on key business needs while striving for continuous improvement.
• Dedication to delivering on commitments with a passion for learning and innovation.
• Professional affiliation (e.g., IoIC, CIPR) is preferred.
