Case Study

  • Crossrail 2009 - present
    We were engaged to deliver skills to the Crossrail project in 2009. The skill requirements across the duration of the contract were far reaching and contained several niche disciplines including Tunnelling Engineers and Spray Concrete Lining Engineers.

    The spectrum of skills required across the breadth of this contract was a challenging factor in the project. Our dedicated team worked closely with the project delivery partner, to assess current and future resourcing needs and to create a resourcing strategy based on this.

    This resulted in the successful placement of more than 100 contractors at any one time. Further success was seen through our online timesheet system and our management information dashboards, which provided them with real-time information to manage contract performance.
