The post holder will be an experienced and skilled technician undertaking a range of detailed maintenance activities on an aircraft or aircraft component. At this level the post holder requires a good understanding of the construct of the approved Technical Information set and is competent to work unaided to approved data, maintenance instructions and in accordance with the organisation's Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE). Demonstrates the ability to analyse and diagnose faults to equipment & assemblies, follow diagnostic procedures and work effectively within a team provide guidance to less experienced team members in a diverse and dynamic operational environment. To carry out as directed trade tasks pertinent with the maintenance, rectification and preparation of Aircraft to meet the allocated daily task at first line. Undertake and complete depth maintenance & diagnostic activities on an aircraft or components which may include, as appropriate, scheduled maintenance, component removals, inspections, repairs, modifications, fault rectifications, replacements and/or functional/system test. Reviews operational performance of aircraft components & systems. Analyse and diagnose faults to components & assemblies, apply diagnostic skills & knowledge to effect repairs or modify equipment or suggest improvements to procedures. Ensure that maintenance is undertaken to schedule and resolve any issues, escalate as required. Demonstrates a flexible and proactive attitude to carrying out responsibilities appropriate to the role and takes direction appropriately. Maintain personal task competencies for working on aircraft or components. Undertake support tasks within the Aircraft or component maintenance facility which are required to maintain compliance with the MOE and Functionally Mandated procedures (e.g. oversight checks, control of tooling / test equipment etc.) Completion of an Engineering Apprenticeship, ideally in Aeronautical Engineering, or Military equivalent apprenticeship / qualifications. Academic qualification for this role is a minimum of City & Guilds 2675 Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance or NVQ Level 3 Aeronautical related discipline. Workstation Environment Specialist - Warsaw Morson International are working with a global IT consultancy who are looking for a Workstation Environment Specialist to join their team in Warsaw. This is an initial 2 year contact where my client are paying 175 Euros a day. Overtime working days will be paid On-site but Remote teleworking exceptionally due to the situation as long as deemed necessary and in accordance to a shifts roster and a schedule requested by Frontex Project Manager The Workstation Environment Specialist will be involved in: * Centralized management of the large scale workstation environment (where the number of physical and * virtual workstations is counted in thousands) * Daily workstations environment administration (management, monitoring, troubleshooting) * Planning and preparing distribution of operating system images * Planning and preparing distribution of patches * Planning and preparing distribution of applications * Planning and preparing distribution of group policies * Performing scripting and configurations distribution * Enforcing and monitoring application of the security policies * Reporting on the configuration standard(s) enforcement and compliance status * Advising, proposing and implementing proposing possible configuration improvements, changes or * upgrades * Other specific duties as assigned by the Projects team leader The Workstation Environment Specialist will have: * Minimum Level of Education: Secondary school + 8 years of IT relevant professional experience from which at least 3 years (full time) experience should be at a similar position * At least two Microsoft certificates relevant to the domain * Proficiency in centralized management of the workstations, including those distributed to remote locations * Excellent knowledge of IT security standards * Excellent knowledge of IT end users' infrastructure * Excellent knowledge of workstations' operating systems * Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking and related services * Practical knowledge of ITIL, especially change management processes * Specific Technical requirements for the role: * Experience in large scale deployment and administration of business workstations, in environments with over 1000 workstations * Microsoft Azure architecture knowledge * Excellent knowledge of the MECM * Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Intune solution for workstation management * Excellent knowledge of packaging and distribution of applications via MECM/Intune * Excellent knowledge of Intune Autopilot configuration and troubleshooting * Practical knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) If you are interested and would like to find out more, apply now and I will be in touch shortly.
