Currently in its seventh year of the Integrated Operational Support (IOS) Contract: Apache Depth Support Unit
Morson Technical Services currently deliver a highly qualified and versatile civilian technical staffing and support service to our client Leonardo Helicopters in support of the Apache Attack helicopter for the British Army based at Wattisham. We offer aviation technicians, technical support, material flow, modification service, maintain the combat ready aircraft and provide a management service to our client and to JHC (Joint Helicopter Command) for the fleet of Apache Attack helicopters that are operated under this contract. The support provided is to allow JHC to maintain a flight ready forward fleet to sustain operations and training objectives.
Our strong relationship with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) has not only helped ex-servicemen gain employment, but has allowed us to continue our commitment in being a Supportive Employer of the Armed Forces’ Reserves. In 2015 with the support of RFCA (formerly Sabre), Aviation Reserves were established in REME. To date Morson have five Apache Aviation Reserves.
