Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer. Contract (Inside IR35) , Whetstone

A Quality Controller is an advanced-level technical/operational role in the Quality Control discipline of the Quality role family. This role undertakes complex technical or operating activities within this discipline.
Requires specialised skills and training (at NVQ / SVQ level 3 or greater) and will work under a limited degree of supervision from a Front-Line Manager to complete non-routine tasks and activities.
The individual will be responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.
Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure that quality is integrated into all aspects of Babcocks activities.
Responsible for conducting quality audits, developing and implementing quality control procedures, analysing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance – and can start with BPSS, and uplift to SC when in post. Applicants must have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years.

Engineering Apprenticeship as a minimum, ONC/A Level would be a bonus.
