I am currently partnering with a fantastic company who specialise in the design, build, support and management of the UK’s critical digital infrastructure who are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Lead to join their team on a 3 month contract.
This role has an ASAP start and can be completed remotely from anywhere in the UK.
Day rate is flexible, depending on level of experience.
The Oracle Fusion HCM Lead will support the delivery of the overall HCM application service which encompasses defining the “HCM Product Roadmap” in line with the overall strategy, supporting HR in driving further value through continuous improvement initiatives and product updates along with managing day to day operations including 3rd party suppliers and service providers.
Key Deliverables
o Definition of HR Systems strategy and Oracle Fusion HCM release sprint plan.
o Delivery of Day to Day Oracle Fusion HCM application services.
o Management of product subscriptions and associated budget.
o Prioritisation of demand based on business needs and scope management.
o Documentation deliverables including product design documentation, environment tracker, testing strategies etc.
Responsibilities
o Define and deliver our HR Systems roadmap.
o Design and develop product solutions.
o Delivery day to day Oracle Fusion HCM service delivery in adherence to ITGC controls.
o Provide 3rd line product support to the HRIS manager to assist in the resolution of complex user issues.
o Escalation of product issues to 3rd party support provider or application vendor inline with the appropriate support processes.
o Execute application management activities in alignment with ITSM processes and procedures.
o Perform regular access reviews on all HCM application instances in conjunction with the HRIS manager.
o Conducting HCM application licensing, subscriptions, and associated budgets
o Lead the Oracles quarterly release process ensuring environment refreshes are planned, impact assessments are shared with HR based on the product release notes and testing is conducted appropriately.
o Lead product innovation sessions to review establish business use cases for new product functionality delivered via the quarterly release process.
o Hold regular stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure we continue to drive maximum value from our investment in Oracle Fusion HCM
o Supplier management of 3rd party vendors and service providers
