Engineering Manager TDA

We have an excellent opportunity for an ENGINEERING MANAGER based at Sellafield in, Cumbria.

The Project Engineering Manager covers Asset Care and VSIs scope.

Asset Care has 50+ tasks which are managed on a life cycle basis, generally low to medium complexity tasks all of which are defined by System Engineering and sentenced at Plant Health Committee.

Value Stream Improvements (VSIs) delivers capability enhancements to removal of Sludge and Solids.

Both projects require good stakeholder management and ability to guide and direct resources onto demanding schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Project Engineering Management experience (this role does not require you to be SQEP as a PEM, we will support you through this process).
Ability to resource manage to schedule demands and to motivate the design team

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Understanding of FGMSP
Understanding of PFSP
Work with customers across multiple facilities and in multiple disciplines.
Develop relationships and communicate with stakeholders
On site experience
