MS Dynamics Solutions Architect

The Bridge is partnering with a national financial services organisation to provide high calibre M365 professionals for an exciting programme of work. We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Solution Architect with ability to create solution design documents as a key member of the design team. The person appointed will be responsible for architecting and designing solutions in accordance with the approved standards. The role will involve working with Product, Change, IT teams and 3rd party vendors.

Main duties

• Produce the creation and maintenance of design documents in the needs by System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) as well as meeting the wider enterprise requirements.
• Provide oversight and technical assurance of the projects delivered by 3rd Party vendors; ensure it conforms to solution requirements, enterprise architecture principles, security standards and functional / non-functional requirements.
• Ability to conduct and lead analyses of technology and associated operational processes, with a view to recommending both high-level and low-level designs and strategies that will improve the service, lower costs, and prevent unforeseen operational issues
• Ensure technical specifications are delivering to business requirements through stakeholder facilitation, document review and management of in-house and supplier resources and adhere to policies and technical constraints.
• Demonstrable expert experience in the design, implementation, and operation of solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment
• Define design artifacts for all cloud workloads and solutions for Dynamics 365.
• Extensive experience with designing applications and integrations of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform apps.
• Possess a deep technical understanding of Dynamics 365 and supporting Microsoft technologies to clearly articulate features and benefits to senior management and/or colleagues alike in a “non-techy” way.
• Ability to propose changes to existing standards and strategies or introduce new approaches to meet the needs of new and emerging technologies.
• Functional experience of using Dynamics 365 Sales.
• Able to help find the right configuration of services from Microsoft and third-party providers to suit the CRM needs of the organisation. Experience of integrating D365 with apps outside the Microsoft ecosystem is desirable
• Integration skills – knowledge of how to integrate Dynamics 365 apps with each other and with external systems.
• Working knowledge of M365 / Office 365 platform and an understanding of where it is applicable to extending the reach and use of CRM.
• Familiarity with dev ops practices and technologies for the delivery of continuous improvements to a CRM platform. E.g. pipelines, code branching, cloud storage, and release management

· Highly Desirable qualifications

• Technology certifications (Azure Solution Architect, Dynamics 365 F&O Apps Architect
• Completed relevant training paths and certifications in Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong written skills to produce professional technical documentation.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Architectures (Private, Public and Hybrid).
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
