We are currently supporting a progressive organisation in Scarborough who are looking for a HR Manager to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.
This is a standalone role overseeing the entire HR function in a generalist capacity and reporting to the Operations Director. This role will be based on-site as visibility is very important.
Salary is between £38,000 - £42,000 DOE. Headcount for the organisation is circa 200 employees and growing.
The Role:
- Management of the entire HR function in a generalist capacity
- Internal recruitment management taking ownership of the strategy and delivery
- Take ownership of any ER cases
- Main point of contact for any HR issues and queries
- Management of all company-wide people related projects
- Develop and coach management on HR related topics
- Build strong relationships with the SLT and providing them with people insight and development objectives
- Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Other duties when required
Requirements:
- Experience of working as a generalist HR Advisor/HR Manager for a growing organisation
- CIPD qualified or relevant experience
- Strong employment law and HR knowledge
- Excellent credibility and ability to manage the HR function independently
