Our client based in Grangemouth are looking to recruit a Warehouse Administrator on a contract basis initially for 3 months, reporting to the Warehouse Manager

The successful candidate would be responsible for carrying out administrative tasks within the warehouse, ensuring collaboration with Customer Service team and wider Supply Chain, achieving OTIF despatches of sales orders. Processing complex sales order, always attention to details whilst achieving complete accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
Efficient management in Tropos of all Sales Orders released for distribution
Coordinate and update Tropos system for cased goods and dry goods inbound process, adhering to HMRC regulations and department SOP's
Coordinate the despatch workload for cased goods. Accurate and timely completion of despatch documentation whilst adhering to HMRC regulation and department SOP's
Coordinate and update Tropos for inter warehouse transfers for cased goods or dry goods
Posting and updating the movement of cased goods within 3rd Party Storage and Production.
Daily updating of warehouse traceability forms & files and e-archiving despatched sales orders documentation
Coordinate deliveries and collection vehicles on site, respecting safety procedures rigorously.
Effective allocation and communication of workload to forklift drivers' team in order to deliver department KPI's.
Customer focused, proactive and positive approach in dealing with department enquiries
Flexibility of working within different location of warehouse/ distribution department when required
Planning and managing daily route and workload for own transport vehicle (SLS role only)
Other duties as determined by Warehouse Administrator role and Line Manager

Personal Profile
Experience in a similar warehouse administration role
Experience in a logistics environment
Working knowledge of ERP system. Tropos system is our preferred option
Experience using HMRC systems and knowledge of Export / Import documentation requirements
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail must be proven
Strong work ethic and great team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Requirement for Counterbalance Forklift Licence however, not essential.
