Morson International is pleased to offer the role on behalf of our Client who is currently seeking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst due to a period of growth with in the business.
Acting as the first point of contact via phone and email, providing first time fixes and escalating to 2nd/3rd Line when necessary.
Provide over the phone support for an array of queries.
Logging tickets and keeping customers informed and updated by providing progress reports.
Due to the nature of the role it will be highly desirable if you have experience working in the telecoms sector, along with experience supporting the below:
Knowledge of VoIP
Along with technical knowledge you will be have proactive approach to work with the desire to improve current process and progress your own career.
