Morson International is pleased to offer the role on behalf of our Client who is currently seeking to recruit a VoIP Support Analyst to join a busy Service Desk due to a period of growth with in the business.

The Role:

  • Ensure support calls are logged, updated and followed through to resolution on the helpdesk system.
  • Diagnosing 1st line VoIP and broadband faults - B2B
  • Processing moves, additional services and changes to VoIP products
  • Email and ticket maintenance
  • Configuring and dispatching handsets mainly Polycom and Cisco
  • Providing support over the phone
  • Supporting users with troubleshooting issues with their VoIP connectivity
  • Assisting customers understand products

The Person:

  • Basic understanding of networking and VOIP telephony platforms
  • Good troubleshooting skills within a telecoms background
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably at least one year experience in telecoms but will consider other applicants
