We are currently looking to recruit a Vetting Administrator for a period of 3 months to support the busy team Recruitment and Vetting Team based at Olympic House in the heart of the airport site during a busy recruitment period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sift incoming emails and respond to general email queries
  • Triage incoming calls and provide advice/ guidance where possible
  • Meet/ greet employees and new starters visiting the vetting department and assist with the completion of paperwork
  • Check the authenticity of ID documents
  • Deliver high quality customer service and customer query resolution
  • Provide general administration support to the vetting admin team (including helping with applications for security clearance)
  • Handling/ distributing incoming mail
  • Support with the submission of pass applications to the MAN security pass office

The suitable candidate for this role will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is essential. Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel, is also required.

You will display energy and demonstrate experience of working within a fast paced office environment with direct interaction with people - perhaps a recruitment agency or a contact centre type role. You will also be a strong administrator with attention to detail able to juggle a variety of tasks at once.
