Our client in South Ayrshire is looking for a Vendor Scheduler, for the next 12 months. The candidate must have excellent SAP skills to manage incoming receipt of supplier parts.
The role involves but will not be limited to the following:
Weekly calls with suppliers to update on deliveries and timescales
Providing schedule updates and flowing this down to suppliers
Daily communication with the operations team
Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills are also required
The candidate must also have previous Vendor Scheduling/Procurement Officer/Contract Officer and be excellent communicators as the role involves extensive liaison with the supply chain.
