MRICS valuer required on a flexible contract basis
This will involve providing valuations for loan security, financial reporting and acquisition purposes to a range of clients who lend or invest in London. Assets will be predominantly commercial although there will be a degree of retail, residential and mixed use investments together with development work. Part of the role will be to maintain and extend existing important client relationships whilst helping to deliver further growth through new mandates.
What this job involves
To provide valuations and related advice on a wide range of property types and to a variety of clients many of whom are core clients of the firm;
Develop and manage client relationships, including growing new areas of business;
Assist the team in achieving target and growing the business line;
Managing and overseeing junior members of the team.

MRICS/Registered Valuer with post-qualification experience;
Central London experience ideal, although this is not essential;
Knowledge of Argus Developer and Argus Enterprise valuation packages;
Ability to work under tight time constraints in order to deliver high quality service;
Must be enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent client skills;
Strong verbal and numerical skills, an eye for detail and to be comfortable with detailed report writing.
