My client is actively looking for a UX Designer to be part of an exicting journey to 'create the worlds most customer-centric and stress free digital travel experience'. Your role will involve producing designs for their website, apps, chatbot as well as many other digital touch points. The designs you produce will be grounded in a deep understanding of their customers, gathered via google analytics, surveys, one to one user testing in the lab etc. You will report directly to your Creative Director whilst working closely with the wider design, development and product team.

Principle Accountabilites

  • Create new designs with tight deadlines to include user flows, wireframes and mocks
  • Be proactive about learning new techniques and tools to improve your overall workflow
  • Be able to identify and articulate good design principles
  • Design, facilitate and analyse user experience research and usability studies
  • Conduct A/B and Multi-Variant testing
  • Communicate design decision to the product owner and development
