UK Travel/ Concur Support Manager; Based in Crawley; month contract;£247 per day paye

We are recruiting for a UK Travel/ Concur Support Manager to be based at our client's site in Crawley.
The primary purpose of the role is to support the UK Travel Tx Lead in providing management, guidance and instruction in the roll out of Concur across the UK and represent the UK Concur lead as and when necessary.

Process

Support the roll out of Concur from a travel perspective and identifies areas of improvement
Support the roll out of Service Now for Concur across the Superuser community
Provision of advice & support to UK Concur project team on best practice as it adopted throughout UK.
Support the off shoring of Concur expenses as appropriate.
Identify & Implement opportunities for improving compliance & cost savings within each CBU to support UK Travel targets

Reporting
Support production of Travel costs reports and identify opportunities for future efficiencies and increased effectiveness including: Missed savings analysis; Traveller analysis & Hotel spend
Attend the CWT QBRs and identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline of processes of Concur and in support of UK Travel targets

Communication
Create and deliver comms/stakeholder management plan
Ensure all travel policy changes are communicated across the UK travel network.
Deputise for the CHQ travel lead and be a point of contact for CHQ Superusers/administrators
Support the maintenance of the Travel & Expenses Landing page to ensure all travel related communications are shared.
Support the creation of knowledge base articles in Service Now
Maintain relationships with Deputy Travel Managers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within the business.

Strong knowledge of travel requirements and policies
Creative, open minded, with a strong focus on traveller requirements.
Strong attention to detail.
Travel Policy integral part of team who create, write, update and administer policy in UK
Travel authorisation design and implement UK-wide processes in line with policy (including pre-authorisation).
Analysis of all travel expenditure data.
Provide advice on new travel tools and processes.
Qualifications/ Experience Required
Concur experience (essential)
Travel background (essential)
Strong customer service orientation, good relationship building techniques and excellent interpersonal skills

The successful candidate should be self-motivated, capable of working on their own or as part of a team.
Strong customer service orientation, good relationship building techniques and excellent interpersonal skills
The candidate must also have strong administration skills and be capable of working to fixed schedules in terms of data and information delivery.
