Position: UC/Video Collaboration Engineer

12 month Contract available in Singapore, working three days on-site and two days remote


Support needed for the global Jabber deployment and a number of other high priority projects in flight. Primarily working on global UC/Collaboration projects as well as providing level 2 and 3 support. You will also be helping with executing a number of changes over the weekend.

Tier 2/3 systems support for the below:

  • Cisco Video Systems
  • Cisco Jabber Deployments including WAN Bandwidth upgrades and coordination with NetOps VDI and Jabber Integration
  • WebEx Meetings and Teams Deployments
  • CMS (Audit)
  • Additional duties as determined by our clients UC Engineering Team
