Travel Co-ordinator / Administrator - Hersham

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role summary:
Travel coordination: 75%
Administration: 25%
* Travel organisation for project-related travel including flights, hotels, transfers, etc.
* Visa applications, worldwide travels
* Provide general admin support to project, e.g. tracking project assignment rotations as required.
* Previous experience of travel organisation and visa processing is required.

We are looking for candidates who have at least 1 year experience in a similar role, are proactive, have prior experience with travel bookings either online or through travel providers. Good general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required, especially Excel and Outlook. Full training will be given on adhoc softwares (Agencia).
