We are currently recruiting for a Training Support Administrator for our client based over in Portsmouth.
The successful candidate will be supporting the Training Manager to administer a large number of training courses and delegates over a relatively short time period. Duties will include:
- Greet training delegates at the training centre and ensure they are signed into the building
- Direct delegates to the correct training room for the course to be attended
- Ensure training rooms are tidied and made ready for the next course at the end of each session.
- Process and input course feedback forms
- Produce daily and weekly training attendance status reports
- Prepare daily register for the next day's training
Please note the role will be working 4 days per week Monday to Thursday 0730 - 16:30
