Training Coordinatort; Location: Preston; Duration: 3 Months; Hours: 37 per week;
Pay: £15.00 PAYE per hour or £18.58 LTD per hour
We are looking for a training coordinator to work at our client's site on the outskirts of Preston. The role exists within the organisation to assist with planning and managing the development of education and training material, and the subsequent deployment thereof in line with project milestones. The Training coordinator will manage the logistics and planning of any learning interactions and ensure they are successfully executed. This role reports directly to the Training Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify and liaise with key training representatives throughout the business sector
Manage the projects mobile training facilities
Manage training plans for deployment of the project
Liaise with various internal and external developers on progress/issues which need to be resolved by the Project Phoenix Training Manager
Co-ordinate the planning, booking and attendance of training & education events for all parties involved in WP5
Develop, populate and maintain training and education records
Report on 'no-shows' or lack of progress of trainees
Identify and liaise with material testing team
Resolve tactical issues regarding the plans and escalate as required to the Training Manager.
Manage the resolution of issues.
Arrange, co-ordinate and manage the learning delivery events, and related documentation.
Provide reporting through workspace and Learning Management System
Support training communications to the wider business population
Key Skills and Competencies

The key skills and competencies required for this role include:
Good communication skills with experience of presenting information to management in various formats
Experience of Microsoft Office is essential particularly Excel.
Experience of Learning Management Systems is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure delivery milestones are met
Good organisation skills with experience of organising venues and attendee's, and tracking attendance
Experience of recording and progressing actions and issues logs preferable
