An amazing opportunity has risen with our Engineering client based in Salford, Manchester for a Training & Occupational Health Administrator on a permanent basis.

Role Brief:
You will be responsible for administrative duties across the Training and Occupational Health Department. You will liaise with our Internal Training & Occupational Health Coordinators to maintain an efficient & effective administrative schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Training
* Assist the internal training coordinators with course scheduling and subsequent administration
* Assist with maintenance of the training database
* Process new starter training qualifications, incoming certificates & induction paperwork
* Maintain accurate employee records
* Raise training recharges
* Request, process and issue company & client ID badges across the business
* Maintain and report on accurate training attendance records
* Assist contract mobilisation training upload
* Submit CITB grant claims weekly

Occupational Health
* Assist the occupational health coordinator with the assessment schedule and subsequent administration
* Process new starter health surveillance questionnaires and assist with open case administration
* Maintain an accurate & confidential employee record
* Process incoming OH assessment paperwork
* Attend Drug & Alcohol screening as a company representative when support is required
* Maintain an accurate record of training attendance

Experience & Qualifications Required
* Computer Literate
* MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Word & Excel - minimum intermediate Excel.
* Administrative experience preferred
* Advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
* Good verbal communication skills
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Confident telephone manner - ability to liaise with suppliers, clients & colleagues with tact & discretion
