Morson International have an exciting vacancy for a Training Administrator based in Yeovil for a leading Aerospace Company.
To support the co-ordination and delivery of training activities for the UK through identifying, sourcing, funding and administering training activities for groups and individuals.
You will be required to interface with all levels of employees from various areas of the business. You must maintain a professional, positive and proactive attitude and will be responsible for effective management of your workload.
To deliver a full range of responsive, customer focused goods and services which:
- Training administration support to be completed in an appropriate and timely manner:-
- Identify and implement suitable solutions to satisfy individual and company needs.
- Ensure solutions are cost effective and prioritise requests to make best use of available resources.
Essential skills knowledge and experience
- Detailed understanding in the use of SAP for all training related activities
- Computer literate with strong skills in SAP, Microsoft project and Microsoft Excel
- Organised and efficient with excellent project management and time management skills
