Role: Technical Project and Documentation Support


Role Summary:
This Interim Support role will be responsible for support on documentation, calendar, and data room for an internal project team. The project involves the Costs and Technology Reviews of an outsourced provider within an organisation in the energy sector.


Key Responsibilities:
The post-holder will be required to:
* Organising and running meetings including preparing agendas, minutes and using Microsoft software such as Word, Excel and Power Point
* Managing Workshops including the preparation of agenda, management of calendar invites, and workshop documentation and SharePoint
* Managing Sharepoint in Microsoft 365 environment, including working with IT to ensure the right access for confidentiality reasons, managing the Sharepoint folders and uploading/managing documents into Sharepoint. Engaging with business representatives from across the whole organisation
* Supporting weekly progress reporting to the project team, including collecting update information from the project teams and the update weekly progress update templates
* Supporting the executive and board briefing

Skills/Experience Required for the Role:

* Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work and communicate effectively with members of staff at all levels, with experience on business user engagement (Essential)
* Able to work methodically and accurately with minimum supervision
* Strong IT proficiency for Microsoft software including Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and MS Project Suites including Project and Sharepoint Applications essential
* A previous background within Project Management including providing complex secretariat support to C Suite Level.
* Experience in using data rooms (eg. storage, document exchange, file sharing)
* Experience in supporting and monitoring project deliverables through all stages of delivery
* Excellent Senior Stakeholder management expertise
* Attention to detail
* Self starter
