This is client is a growing Managed Service Provider, that operates with an open diverse culture that values performance, where anyone in the team can bring new ideas to the table and see them thrive. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a customer facing 2nd an 3rd line Support Consultant to provide remote and onsite support to their customers. You will also perform technical account management, service level reporting and be accountable for relationships within that client base. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity that requires someone that can solve the most complex, high-impact challenges faced by their customers in a timely and efficient manner. The role requires a high degree of technical skill across a broad range of areas in IT infrastructure and a good understanding of ITIL processes.
Due to the nature of this role you will need to be highly client facing, well presented with excellent communication skills. There will be some travel with the role so you will need a car and driving licence.
- Virtualisation environments such as VMWare Hyper-V or Citrix.
- Windows server 2003-2016 administration / installation / migration
- Exchange 2010-2016, Office 365
- VPN and TCP/IP configuration
- Office 365 migration experience
- Active directory, Group policy
- VSAN or related storage is beneficial
