We are looking for a TECHNICAL AUTHOR - O and M Obsolescence Documentation at Sellafield in Cumbria - initial 2 year duration

Please note this role is within IR35.

The successful Candidate will produce a suite of compliant, professionally produced documentation including Obsolescence Reports, and O M documents within defined time frames

Reporting directly to the Commissioning Support Manager

Ensuring Safety is the highest priority on the project, with a continued strive towards Zero Harm

Liaising with the SL Spares Team, Engineering, Equipment Vendors to gain information to produce the project Obsolescence Report

Interrogating engineering design and vendor information to produce the System Overview Documents (Volume B) and to enable the collation of Vendor documents (Volume D)

Managing interfaces between departments to produce the required documentation

Attending progress meetings

Ensuring quality standards, and consistency are applied throughout the range of documentation being produced

Supporting the development of a collaborative project culture in line with Collaborative Working Plan
