Morson have a requirement for a Technical Assistant to provide support to Management team.
Support the administration and reporting to meet the function needs and objectives
Support the implementation of new initiatives
Ensure that all administrative duties are conducted in a responsible and compliant manner
Support administrative procurement and management of materials
Create material, communication plans and arrange engagements to support effective communication
Coordination of regular reports
Create and distribute department monthly reports- highlight overdue actions
Manage tracker and coordinate
Support all sub-teams with report compilation, rationalisation and development.
Oversight, reporting and coordination of small improvement projects
Update asset management and team leads on status of procurement and materials
Excellent organisational and communication skills, ability to work on own initiative and with time constraints.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Professional skills & experience:
Experience of working within an oil and gas operator, service company or Consultancy
Demonstrable knowledge and practitioner in Microsoft office applications to a good level of proficiency
Able to utilise, interrogate and produce reports from technical databases
Experience in the preparation of management information and management reports
Used to working with and has basic understanding of technical drawing and document content
Basic grasp of Oil and Gas terminology and terms
Experience of working with technical information/source including drawings, databases, technical reports, procedures, specifications and standards
Experience in materials control or procurement is preferred
