Responsible for setting, operating and fault finding / repair of equipment within the automation division .
Responsible for ensuring special purpose assembly machinery within your area of control is running at all times.
Advise Line Manager when problems occur that may affect product delivery targets.
Undertake regular inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure efficient running of assembly machinery.
Undertake basic repairs to machinery when necessary having carried out a series of mechanical / electrical examinations of the equipment to identify the fault.
Report unsolvable faults to the R&D Department ensuring a satisfactory time-line for rectification.
