Morson has a vacancy for 2 Technical Records Administrators to work for a Major Aerospace Company based in Camberley for a 12 months contract. One of the roles will be mainly dealing with Engine records and the other more Aircraft general.
To ensure that aircraft records are complete and accurate and storage and retention requirements are complied with
To ensure that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into the Maintenance Management System
To manage aircraft configuration, ensuring that that the customer fleet remains compliant with regulatory requirements
Verify that Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correct and complete
Ensure that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into the Maintenance Management System
Update Maintenance Management System for maintenance stations/bases that do not have access to the system
Monitor aircraft configuration and ensure all necessary actions are taken to ensure correct aircraft configuration.
Ensure all aircraft records are filed and stored in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Educated to BTEC, A Level or College standard
Good knowledge and understanding of commercial airline maintenance and engineering operations
Good interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team or as an individual
Ability to prioritise workload, often under time pressure
Self motivated, ability to work without supervision.
Good IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable to have MXI or AMOS experience but experience of other Maintenance Management Systems will be accepted.
