Manchester Airports Group (MAG) is the largest UK-owned airport operator, serving around 52 million passengers every year through its ownership and operation of Manchester, London Stansted & East Midlands.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Secretary / Administrator to cover a secondment in the Commercial Team on a part time basis. This position will be for a period of 3 months with the possibility of further extension
To be considered for this role you will be proficient in Microsoft Office/Windows 10/Excel and you would be involved in a range of responsibilities including:
- Diary Management for senior commercial management
- Travel booking and coordination including some complex travel booking mapping information across to diaries and creating a pack for lengthier trips
- Managing diaries arranging meetings
- Organising catering for meetings with internal and external partners
- General administration for the team
- Managing emails
- Supporting on-boarding of new starters by ordering equipment and systems access
- Opening/Distributing post
- Answering and screening telephone calls
- Arranging and managing commercial team away days and events
- Raising POs and requisitions for invoices
- Expenses sometime including multiple currencies
On a weekly basis it will be circa 25 hours per week with the option of 3/4 days or shorter shifts over 5 days
