My client is looking for a Team Organiser to join their busy team for an initial period of 3 months with a possibility of extending.
What you will do:
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to
- Undertaking general office administration duties
- Diary and Event management
- Meeting arranging and the production of documentation
- Coordination of information from Stakeholders
- Processing and maintaining personnel records including vulnerable assets such as mobile telephones make necessary returns
- Arrange travel, accommodation and vehicles
- Ordering Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the team
Your experience will include:
* Exceptional organisation skills
* Previous administration experience
* High attention to detail
* Hold a breadth of experience in different industries etc
* Competent in all standard Microsoft packages
