Key activities
Creating records and reports using Excel and Word

Answering the telephone and assisting with queries, liaising with engineers and arranging and scheduling appointments

Updating information onto in-house system , emailing information to various departments


The key skills are:-
* Good telephone manner (a large part of the role on a day-to-day basis is being on the phone)
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to use excel spread sheets
