I am currently recruiting for a Talent, Development & Engagement Manager, the purpose of the role will be to develop and implement a people strategy and employee value proposition as well as setting, developing and maintaining the organisations culture, behaviours and brand.
The role will manage internal training and development encouraging a learning culture across the organisation in order to build a high-performance workforce.

Duties will include:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy / employee value
proposition including career, talent and training development, leadership development and staff retention
* Embed the company culture and values in the implementation of all people related initiatives
* Drive all people initiatives including engagement activities and internal events
* Define and analyse the staff engagement survey, working with leadership to define and implement the resulting actions
* Support the Director of People and Organisation Development on all people change initiatives linked to business transformation and change working in conjunction with the HR Manager
* Develop a comprehensive learning & development strategy which meets employee needs and delivers on business strategy
* Manage the Internal Communications Advisor


To be considered for the role you will have the following skills and experience:

* Track-record of designing and delivering a talent strategy
* Able to analyse business requirements and align the talent strategy to business objectives
* Track record in designing and delivering significant cultural change programmes with integrated learning and development
* Highly developed business acumen and strategic capability
* Experience in diversity & inclusion
* Experience of development and deployment of an employee value proposition and being able to measure the value and impact of that value against the company scorecard
* Deep understanding of different engagement tools and techniques which can work together to deliver a clear plan
