Systems Analyst - Application - ERP

My client is actively looking for a Systems Analyst for an initial 6 month contract, initially remote working to support a variety of in-house applications.

Experience / Skills Required

  1. Good understanding of the ERP software COINS.
  2. Experience of supporting COINS ERP software on a 3rd line basis to end users. 70% of this role will involve supporting this application.
  3. Experience supporting other software applications to end users (HR / Finance)
  4. Able to provide timely response to incidents through to resolution - meeting SLA targets
  5. Excellent communication skills - internally and externally (3rd parties)
