Morson International have an exciting opportunity for a Support Specialist based in Yeovil
Work as part of a team in processing the relevant Spares, through the gated process in order to provide and maintain an effective Customer service; to ensure that the Spares and Repair turnover and Delivery Schedule Adherence (DSA) are achieved in line with the Company Business plan and to maximise customer satisfaction.
Support the Customer Service Delivery team where required in all matters concerning the Customer. Resolving issues and addressing root causes, receiving Customer requirements, managing Customer priorities and assisting with the continuous improvement of processes and standardised work.
To liaise and work closely with the Customer Service Delivery Teams ensuring all Customer assets are progressed efficiently and in-line with agreed service levels.
The Jobholder must have an excellent understanding of SAP and Microsoft packages, which include Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Interpersonal and strong team skills ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the business both within and outside the department is required.
