Job Description To deliver the end to end Contract Management processes from mobilisation to contract completion for high value, complex equipment, systems and services.
Responsibilities · Develop robust sourcing and negotiation strategies · Own, Identify and manage Risks & Opportunities across the category · Drive strategy implementation and sustain optimal service delivery to programmes · Identify, prioritise and lead Value Engineering / Cost Reduction activities · Undertake Portfolio Analysis to ensure category, contract and supplier strategies are supported and business relationships / contractor performance is optimised · Facilitate supplier performance reviews, prioritise, approve and ensure delivery of continuous improvement Initiatives · Analyse bid award recommendations and award contracts in line with CRB activity Experience · Experience of pre contact award activities · Demonstrable track record of management of RFQ/Tender process · Sound knowledge and understanding of contractual terms and conditions and their application · Previous experience in the use of e-Sourcing toolsets · Strong negotiation skills · Proven track record of managing similar contracts, delivered to agreed time, cost and quality requirements · Good stakeholder management and ability communicate effectively at all levels · Able to identify and manage Risks & Opportunities
