Job Description Purpose of role: Manage Supply Chain transactions to support the Supply Chain Manager and assist in the implementation of the Procurement strategy as directed.
Knowledge/Experience: Supply Chain experience Knowledge of Procurement tools and processes
Tasks and Activities: Carry out Supply Chain transactions as required. Assist the Supply Chain Manager in implementing Procurement Strategy as directed.
Outputs/Deliverables: Ensure all transactions are conducted in a timely manner. Contribute to implementation of Procurement Plan and delivery schedules. Assist in preparation of Request for Information/Quotation (RFI/Q). Answer supplier queries during RFI/Q process. Assist in managing risks associated with procurement strategy
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of SAP desirable, but can be trained. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Qualifications: MCIPS desirable.
