Job Description To perform Procurement/Supply Chain Supplier Compliance & Assurance activities for specific areas of the business including managing the on boarding process for Suppliers from an initial Interest to approval as a supplier. This is a specialist role and only candidates with the required skills and experience evidenced in their CV will be considered.

Responsibilities Perform supplier evaluation and approvals processes ensuring new Suppliers meet business standards, including timely re-validations/refreshes. Expedite expired documents and certificates on a monthly basis e.g. insurance, ISO certificates. Perform Supplier Financial Due Diligence, including Denied Party Screening Expedite Supplier Questionnaires for adherence to Supplier Principles e.g. Code of conduct, ethics and modern slavery polices. Manage and issue Approved Supplier List to relevant parties within the business for the management of suppliers on site. Analyse output from the Workload Projections tool to identify expiries and re-validations and produce regular reports Produce regular reports on current status of Suppliers for business area Analysis current and future supplier spend using SIS database outputs to ensure spending is within agreed credit limits Perform Procurement Audits e.g. Purchase Orders

Experience Experience of Procurement/Supply Chain Department Detailed and solid understanding of supplier compliance and approval processes Awareness and understanding of: Ethical Supplier Behaviours Health and Safety regulations Reach European Regulations Quality Standards Export Controls both International and EU Business Insurances Experience of performing Procurement Audits Proficient in use of Excel and working understanding of other tool sets and IT Experience of preparing Reports Ability to establish and build good working relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders Ability to prioritise and work within tight time scales
