* Internal order processing and shipment of customer orders
* Processing customer returns and shipping replacement products
* Supply Chain Operations
* Customer, Distributors, Partners, etc.
* Sales and Commercial Operations
* Contract Electronics Manufacturer
* Technical Support, Engineering, New Product Introduction, etc.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Processing of sales orders, purchase orders, goods receipts, shipping documents, and customer returns.
* Plan timely distribution of product to fulfil customer orders.
* Be proactive in looking for process improvements
* Assist with other work as determined by line manager.
* Must observe appropriate quality and environmental procedures, practices and work instructions at all times.
* Maintain a good standard of housekeeping at all times.
Skills and Experience
* 3+ years working with ERP and purchasing systems
* Experience with order management and customer support is highly desirable
* Good understanding of subcontractor manufacturing is a plus
* Open communication
* Fully Microsoft office conversant
* Good communication and presentation skills
