We are looking to recruit 3 x Supply Chain Administrators to work on 6 month contracts for our client SMSMC who are based at Samlesbury. The role will be providing administration support within a supply chain environment.
Duties will involve
Processing paperwork through the IFS App 7 ERP System to enable shipment of aircraft parts.
Copy and pasting information in to IFS App 7 systems and aligning the paperwork to make sure all the details match
Providing administration support for order book managers including data entry of supply chain data.
Accurately processing shipping paperwork
The role will be working in a busy office, previous administration experience is required along with an understanding of ERP systems. You will be able to work as part of a team, have excellent communication skills and good attention to detail. Experience of working to tight deadlines is essential. You will also be enthusiastic and willing to learn. You will be proficient in MS Office packages including Word. Excel and Outlook, Experience of using App 7 would be an advantage.
