Title: Site Receptionist/Administrator
Location: LFB Training Centre, East London
Duration: 3-6 months
Hours: 40 per week, 0800-1600, Mon-Fri
Rate: £8.50 - £12.00 per hour (depending on experience)
We are currently looking for an immediately available and experienced receptionist to fulfil site administration and reception duties for our client at their training centre in East London.
This key role will provide a focal point at front of house for all reception duties and functions ensuring that the DTF (Dedicated Training Facility) is presented to the highest standard whilst providing an effective administrative function of all activities on site.
*Ensure that training resources allocated to each of the classrooms are available and that all welfare facilities are available and in good working order prior to training starting.
*Provide adequate communication of the Course Delivery schedule and any changes to the stakeholders on Site.
*Monitor the performance of subcontractors responsible for catering and cleaning and to report failures.
*Respond to specific facility and equipment queries in a timely manner.
*Create and Manage Room Booking Requests.
*Create and Manage the TDSi Access Control Card Database
*Manage Gym Access Control Database
*Monitor stock levels of stationary items for the Site and produce orders where required.
*Undertake Fire Warden Responsibilities in the event of a fire alarm necessitating the evacuation of the DTF.
*Assist in identifying efficiency improvements in facility utilisation. I
*Initiate and comply with applicable Health Safety & Environmental processes and procedures at the DTF. Provide administrative compliance with HS&E procedures, Health & Safety at Work Act
Skills and Experience
*Proven experience in an Administration/Reception role
*Excellent Time/ Task Management Skills
