Site Manager - Days - Contract - Sutton

My client are a leading main contractor who specialise in the build of student accommodation and high-rise developments across the UK. They are looking for a Site Manager to join an existing team/site to assist with final fix to handover phase. The property is currently at various stages and assistance needed to push the project towards completion.

The successful contractor will have:

- SMSTS, 1st Aid and CSCS as a minimum
- Proven track record in interior fit out within a high rise environment (hotel, residential, student accom etc.)
- Experience of using Fieldview advantageous
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written
- IT Literate
- Keen eye for detail and strong awareness of Health & safety onsite.
