Site manager - Contract - Caernarfon

My client are a leading housing and high-rise residential build contractor who desire the services of a finishing manager to assist in 2nd and final fix packages on a housing development. This will be for a 2 month period (end of March) with a possibility of an extension dependant on company resource. The successful contractor will have the following:

- SMSTS, CSCS and 1st Aid (minimum)
- Previous experience in working on residential projects and a proven track record in delivering finishing/final fix sub-packages and overseeing various tradesman.
- Preferably from an interior trades background.
- Computer literate and previous experience of working on Fieldview software.
- Available to start on 8th February.
