We are currently recruiting for a Sharepoint Administrator for work at Devonport dockyard in Plymouth.
The main requirements of the role are:-
Sharepoint experience (essential)
To co-ordinate information for reports and produce the packs Input data on Excel spreadsheets.
Flexibility as cover will be required in other areas during leave periods.
Experience of Document control both electronic and paper filing.
Use of the Diary management system.
Booking of meeting rooms and help facilitate the meetings.
General admin tasks as required.
Looking for someone with the above experience and who also has:- Good interpersonal skills Problem Solver Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision, Excellent Microsoft Office skills Word, Excel & Powerpoint and who is able to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
GCSE Grade C or equivalent in Maths and English NVQ 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent.
Qualifications including GCSE grades must be listed on your CV.
£11.25 per hour PAYE, 36 std hours a week, 07:30 - 15:45 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 - 13:30 on a Friday.
