Service Desk Analyst
Our client is looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst for their offices in Otterbourne.
-The ideal candidate will have experience in taking inbound calls and escalating problems to their appropriate place within the business.
-IT Technical Knowledge would be preferred and the candidate been in roles of this nature before.
-40 hours per week. 3 month contract with possible extension.
