IT Service Desk Analyst - 1st line support
Duration: 12 months
Pay rate: £13.50 p/h
My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to work in Portsmouth on a contract basis for 12 months.
Key responsibilities for the Service Desk Analyst:
- Provide a first point of contact function that provides a consistent telephone response time, operates within agreed service levels and provides an excellent level of customer service
- Accurately record details of the cases being reported within the ticketing system
- Use available knowledge repositories to provide first point of contact support and advice
Key skills for the Service Desk Analyst:
- Proven Service/Help Desk experience
- Customer Service Experience, both face to face and over the phone
- Proven experience in using a Service Management system to manage all incidents and requests.
- Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Applications, Printer faults and Operating systems
- Worked with SAP (desirable)
