This is no ordinary Service Desk position, this is an opportunity to join an established and growing MSP with a plan to develop your career and provide a challenging environment to keep you part of the family long term! Working with predominantly local customers to provide excellence for Hosting, Infrastructure & IT Support solutions, you will build up relationships remotely and take pride in resolving varied issues. This is not a 'business as usual' role as the flat structure of the organisation will give you exposure to complex Networks, Virtual / Cloud Environments and hardware.
Your main responsibilities as a Service Desk Engineer / Analyst / Technician (Windows, Desktop Server, Exchange, Office 365, Networking, LAN, WAN, MSP, Managed Services, ITIL) will be to support users on 1st - 2nd line queries (depending on experience) via desktop, phone, remote and email. You will be an excellent communicator who has customer relationship building.
(The Service Desk Engineer / Analyst / Technician (Windows, Desktop, Exchange, Office 365, Networking, LAN, WAN, MSP, Managed Services, ITIL) will be a natural problem solver who wants to join a company with a wide variety of technologies.
